About Me
As a Transformational Life Coach, I have guided numerous clients to achieve their goals, overcome challenges, and enhance their overall well-being. My approach is holistic and tailored to each individual’s unique needs.
My Story
I am the founder of Believe and Become More Life Coaching Services, a practice dedicated to supporting personal healing, empowerment, and meaningful transformation. My work as a Transformational Life Coach, Vision Board Facilitator, and Mindfulness Practitioner is grounded in both my professional expertise and the lessons of my own growth.
Before stepping into coaching, I spent twenty years teaching Accounting and Business Management in Trinidad. Beyond academics, I was deeply committed to guiding students, nurturing their confidence, and helping them believe in their potential. This role revealed my natural gift for mentorship and planted the seeds for my true calling.
My passion for transformational work grew from healing the patterns of my own upbringing. I was shaped by a childhood marked by dysfunction and emotional instability, which influenced my early beliefs about self-worth and love. These patterns carried into adulthood, leading me into two unhealthy marriages. Yet from those challenges came my greatest blessings—my three children, each on their own meaningful path of growth, resilience, and self-discovery. Watching them evolve has been one of the deepest inspirations on my journey.
As I committed to inner healing, spiritual awakening, and self-discovery, I began to understand that I am not defined by my past. I am defined by what I choose to believe about myself. This awakening empowered me to step into authenticity, confidence, and purpose.
Today, I help others do the same.
